• Do NOT rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours after the treatment and do not have a facial, get in a hot hot tub or sauna, and no serious exercise for 24 hours as well.

• Do NOT lie down for 4 hours after the treatment or spend time bending over (like washing the floor).

• Be assured that any tiny bumps or marks will go away within a few hours. If you need to apply makeup within 4 hours of your treatment, only use a gentle touch to avoid rubbing the treated area.

• Results of your treatment will start in 48 hours, but may take up to 14 days to take full effect. 

I would like to see you in 2 weeks for a follow up. This will ensure that we are able to see how your facial muscles reacted to your treatment. If you require more of the product, to fine-tune or adjust your treatment results, it will be applied during this appointment, sometimes at an additional cost. 

• For medical reasons, your results will be photographed and documented in your confidential patient file.

• Neuromodulators are a temporary procedure and at first you may find that your treatment results will last approximately 3-4 months. 

However, if you maintain your treatment appointments with the frequency recommended by your injector, the duration of each treatment may last longer than 4 months. —Initially, we like to see our patients between the 3RD month (12 week) and 4th month (16 week) time period, in order to create the best clinical response.
